When the kids were little we went camping up in the Cascades. One day we took all the kids for a walk. It was a beautiful day but because they were little they got tired pretty fast. We thought it would be a good idea to get off the trail and cut through the woods to go back to camp. Wrong. We got half way through and were swarmed by thousands of mosquitoes. It was the craziest thing I ever saw. My sister-in-law and I had to try and pick up all the kids (6 of them) and run the rest of the way. This was back in the 70's and I wish we would have had the Don't Bite Me! Patch back then. We had to put Calamine on all of them, they were bitten on all their arms and legs.
